  • Bot not responding? Check that StarSafe has the necessary permissions in your server and try using commands in DM or a different channel.
  • Can’t submit reports? Ensure you have valid evidence uploaded to Postimages and are providing a valid Discord user.
  • Warnings system not working? Verify you’ve set up a warning channel via /server-mod-panel and that the bot has message permissions.
  • Wrongly blacklisted? Use the Appeal button in /user-panel to contest the decision with detailed reasoning and evidence.
